You can save a lot on this package as compared to the fee that you will engage outside. We recover data up to the case of recovering in the LAB. We have wide range of extensive tools that is necessity for recovery all cases of data.
You pay a flat fee per drive. If our recovery team is able to save data from your hard drive we will not charge any fee from the plan that you subscribe. You will get a free hard drive as a replacement and a free shipping back to your address.
It will be covered provided that the physical hard drive is not open before when we receive the hard drive for data recovery. We will then do a refund to you within 30 days of the outcome of the case.
Cases mentioned below may be only partial or impossible to recover:
  • Overwritten data
  • Badly scratched disc platter found internally
  • Data platters surface had been corroded
  • Extension of damage requires a longer recovery period, but the customer is unable to wait
We only cover the plan if we don’t see a single files in the hard drive upon diagnosis. We are not referring to hidden files or temp files as a single files. Single files in the hard drive refers to files like PDF, Ms Office application, all types of photos extension and other necessity used to open a program. Of course if you are trying to recover lost files we will try our upmost best to locate it for you but that does not mean if no files can be found we will do the refund. Refund applies only for damaged hard drive that is not detected at all.
This process require proper work and proper concentration therefore with proper knowledge, special parts and proper environment we will have it recover for you. We believed that our recovery service is reasonably reasonable for the kind of value and expertise we offered.

Warranty will be void once the cover of the hard drive has been opened to recover the data.
Please make sure to wrap your media in static-free packaging or bubble wrap that does not damaged the drive further. Do not include any forms of cables when shipping out. We will provide an address to you once you are ready to ship out. Shipping out charges will only be bear by the Sender.
Cases mentioned below may only be considered refund
  • Physical Hard drive is not detecting and we are unable to recover the data such as the internal  disk found no issue at all.

  • Overwritten data
  • Badly scratched disc platter found internally
  • Data platters surface had been corroded
  • Extension of damage requires a longer recovery period, but the customer is unable to wait
  • Unable to locate lost files or deleted files
  • Virus or Ransomeware files
  • If the drive has gone reformatted before or perform windows reset 
  • If the drive casing has been self open
  • Physical damaged crack or burn on the drive
  • Shipping drive went missing
